SPT Visit 2013: Further Communication
The UN Subcommittee for the Prevention of Torture (SPT) visited the Federal Republic of Germany and in particular the National Agency for the Prevention of Torture between 8 and 12 April 2013. The SPT had published a <link file:45 download file>report, which the National Agency <link file:120 download file>replied to.
The Subcommittee <link file:121 download file>reacted to the reply with a letter dated 20 June 2014; the National Agency <link file:122 download file>replied to this letter on 7 August 2014.
